ITEM 85026A clean, high-opacity gloss white — the hardest colour to spray well, which is why a purpose-made one beats mixing. Good for racing liveries, aircraft undersides, ambulances and any scheme that needs white to actually look white rather than grey.
Tamiya TS is a synthetic lacquer that cures fast and lays down glass-smooth on hard plastic. One 100ml can covers two to three 1/24 scale car bodies. Because TS lacquer is unaffected by acrylics and enamels, you can lay a base coat and then pick out detail on top in either — which is the whole reason modellers build a process around it.
Not for polycarbonate. TS lacquer will flake off clear Lexan R/C body shells. Use the Tamiya PS range for those.
