Pre-Orders
Reserving Your Pre-Order
When a manufacturer announces a new product and authorizes retailers to begin accepting orders, we make it available for pre-order with an estimated release date. A pre-order reserves inventory specifically for you before the product is released or arrives at our warehouse.
Estimated Release Dates
Every pre-order listing includes an estimated release month or date based on information provided by the manufacturer or distributor. While we work closely with our vendors to provide the most accurate information available, release dates are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
Delays are common within the hobby and collectibles industry. We cannot guarantee manufacturer release dates and do not provide compensation for delayed releases. We do not recommend placing pre-orders for birthdays, holidays, tournaments, or other time-sensitive events.
Pre-Order Payment
Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. This secures your reservation and allows us to commit inventory based on customer demand.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds
All pre-order sales are final. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that inventory is reserved specifically on your behalf and that payment is non-refundable.
The only exception is if War Games USA is unable to fulfill your order due to manufacturer cancellation, allocation shortages, discontinued products, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, you will receive a full refund for any unfulfilled items.
Arrival Notifications
When possible, we’ll notify customers as pre-ordered items approach arrival so shipping information can be verified. These notifications depend on the amount of advance notice we receive from our vendors and cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-Order Pricing
Prices are locked in at the time your order is placed.
If a manufacturer or distributor unexpectedly increases pricing due to circumstances outside of our control (such as pricing errors, tariff changes, or supplier adjustments) before your order ships, we reserve the right to contact you regarding the price change. If we are unable to honor your original purchase price, you will have the option to receive a full refund.
Shipping Pre-Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will generally ship together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
