Extra Thin Cement 40ml Case of 6 - Tamiya

Six 40ml bottles of Tamiya Extra Thin Cement in a full case. This is the buy for clubs, for anyone running a build night, and for the modeller who has worked out that a bottle which evaporates whether or not you use it is cheaper bought in quantity.

Same cement as the single bottle: thin enough to be drawn into a dry-fitted joint by capillary action, with a brush in the cap. It is not really a glue. The solvent melts a thin layer of each surface so the two fuse into one piece of plastic — which is why a properly cemented joint is stronger than the plastic around it, and why it only works on polystyrene.

Handling time is 5–10 minutes, full cure 24 hours. Store the spares upright and somewhere cool — the solvent will find its way out of a bottle left on a warm windowsill.
