Cross Spear 02 (VZ Chassis) - Tamiya Mini 4WD Kit

From the designer behind the DCR-01, DCR-02, Ray Spear and the original Cross Spear, this is the Cross Spear 02 on the versatile VZ chassis. Its party trick is the detachable canopy carried over from the Cross Spear 01 — you can run the car open- or closed-top.

The body uses a truss structure connecting the centre section to the left and right cowlings, which keeps the shell rigid without adding weight. Underneath it runs low-friction POM 620 plastic bearings, small-diameter super-hard low-profile tyres on Y-spoke red wheels, and a Type 130 motor at a 3.5:1 ratio.

The driver figure is moulded into the cockpit and can be removed with three cuts if you prefer it without. A wide range of Grade-Up Parts is available separately.
