StarCraft Miniatures Game: Two-Player Starter Set - Founders Edition (49 Miniatures)

This is the box the whole game starts from: Terran against Zerg, two complete armies, the terrain to fight over and the mat to fight on. Forty-nine miniatures in one set.

The Terran side fields nineteen — twelve Marines, two Marauders, three Medics, Jim Raynor and a Point Defense Drone. The Zerg side fields thirty: twenty-four Zerglings, three Roaches, a Queen, Kerrigan and an Omega Worm. Two named characters, both included.

The value is the point. Bought as individual expansion boxes at manufacturer prices, the same models would run well over $400. This set is the reason to start now rather than later.

“Founders Edition” means a limited early production run. Archon have said it will not be repeated in this form and will later give way to smaller faction starters. There are no exclusive sculpts inside — what makes it worth having is the quantity, not a chase model.

Every miniature is multipart hard plastic on coloured sprues, supplied unpainted, with an assembly manual included.
