This is a binder shell, not a finished portfolio. It arrives empty — you choose and buy the pages that go in it. That's the point of the format, but it's also the single most common reason binders get returned, so we'd rather say it up front than take your money and disappoint you.

Album or portfolio — which do you actually want?
An album uses rings, so you can add, remove and reorder whole pages. That's what you want if your collection is growing, if you're building a set in numerical order and inserting cards as you pull them, or if your trade stock turns over. The trade-off is that rings can crease cards if the binder is overstuffed or stored flat, and you're buying pages on top of the binder.
A portfolio has its pages bound in permanently — fixed capacity, nothing to buy, no ring to damage anything. Better for a finished set, a favourites binder, or anything that travels. The D-ring shape matters here too: the flat back edge lets pages sit closer to the spine than round rings manage, which is why Ultra Pro uses D-rings at 2 inches.
