Mechs vs. Minions: Bandle City Edition brings back the cooperative League of Legends board game for its 10th anniversary, after more than five years out of print. The gameplay is the same design; the box, art and components have been refreshed in a Bandle City look.

Two to four players each pilot a Yordle mech. Every round you draft command cards and slot them into your mech's command line, then the mechs carry out those programs in order — on a board that keeps changing as minions swarm and missions escalate. Plans rarely survive contact, which is where the fun of the game comes from.

The campaign runs across ten missions plus a tutorial, opened one mission dossier at a time, with each mission taking around 60 to 90 minutes. Players can drop in and out between sessions, and no League of Legends knowledge is needed — Runeterra is the setting, but the game stands on its own.

This edition uses acrylic standees and punchboard minion tokens in place of the original's miniatures, with integrated storage in the box, and adds 10 new solo puzzles and a pack of 12 skin cards with original League of Legends art.
