Description
Green Stuff Tape — 12" (With Gap)
Kneadatite Blue/Yellow Green Stuff is a room-temperature curing two-part epoxy putty, supplied here in tape format. Mixing at 50/50 or 60/40 ratios of the yellow filler and blue hardener produces a sticky green putty with a texture close to chewed bubble gum — a 90-minute worklife gives plenty of time for shaping and detailing, reaching ultimate hardness after 24 hours. Shifting the mix ratio toward more blue or more yellow speeds up or slows down the cure and changes the final hardness.
A little lubricant — water is usually enough, though some sculptors use Vaseline, petroleum jelly, or baby oil — keeps the putty from sticking to fingers and tools and helps produce smooth surfaces. Talcum powder can also be dusted on to reduce stickiness and avoid fingerprints.
This 12-inch (30cm) length is supplied with a gap between the two colours to extend shelf life and avoid wasted material.
