Description
Etherium Blue is a very pale cool blue with a grey cast, like ice or spirit-light. Drybrush it onto ethereal spirit effects, ice, frost and pale blue cloth.
Dry paints have a thick, low-moisture consistency that clings to raised edges and texture rather than flooding into recesses, so there is no thinning and no wiping the brush out first. Load a dry brush and sweep it across the surface. Supplied in a 12ml pot.
