An 8-inch Deep Strike marker tool for Rapid Deployment — a straight measuring template with a curved edge, cut from 3mm fluorescent acrylic, measuring exactly the eight-inch safety distance miniatures must maintain when entering the table from reserves in games such as Warhammer 40,000®, 11th Edition compatible.

At 3mm thick, it slips between tightly packed terrain pieces without disturbing them. Because it's a single rigid piece rather than a tape measure, it can be laid flush against a model's base and rotated to draw a perfect eight-inch exclusion zone in any direction, without the accidental over-compression or stretching that a flexible tape can introduce.

In play, touch one end to the nearest enemy model's base, pivot the ruler to trace an invisible circle, and immediately see the closest legal drop-spot for an arriving unit.
