Description
Macragge Blue is a strong mid-blue named for the Ultramarines home world, and the definitive basecoat for that Chapter's armour.
It covers cleanly over black or grey primer in one pass, and serves as the foundation for most Imperial blue schemes. Supplied in a 12ml pot.
Works well with
- Calgar Blue and Altdorf Guard Blue, for layered highlights
- Nuln Oil or Drakenhof Nightshade, to shade the recesses
- Macragge Blue spray, to basecoat a whole army quickly
