Description
Evil Sunz Scarlet is a clean, bright scarlet and the natural layer over a darker red basecoat.
As a Citadel Layer paint it is formulated for crisp highlights and controlled build-up rather than bulk coverage. It is the standard second step on Blood Angels and Khorne armour, and a strong choice for Ork clan reds. Supplied in a 12ml pot.
Works well with
- Mephiston Red or Khorne Red, as the basecoat beneath
- Wild Rider Red, for the brightest edge highlights
- Nuln Oil, applied before layering to keep recesses dark
