Description
Mephiston Red spray lays down a deep red undercoat, letting you skip the slowest part of painting a red army.
Red is one of the hardest colours to basecoat evenly by brush, and priming straight to it saves hours across a Blood Angels, Khorne or Word Bearers force. Spray in light passes from roughly 15cm in a well-ventilated space. Matches the Mephiston Red base paint for touch-ups.
Works well with
- Mephiston Red base paint, for brush touch-ups in the same tone
- Evil Sunz Scarlet, layered over the primed surface
- Nuln Oil or Agrax Earthshade, to shade straight over the undercoat
