The Citadel Drill is a hand drill — a pin vice — for the small holes that miniature work depends on: pinning a heavy joint so it does not snap off later, seating a magnet in a base or a shoulder, and hollowing out a gun barrel so it reads as a barrel rather than a lump.
It is turned by hand rather than powered, which is the point — on a part this small you want to feel the bit bite, and a powered tool will skate off a curved surface or punch straight through a thin one before you can react.
