Why 112/108 means secret rare
The set's numbered run stops at 108. Any card carrying a collector number above the set total is a secret rare — pulled at far lower rates and not counted in the base set. Ruler of the Black Flame has 108 numbered cards plus 33 secrets, and the twelve Art Rares sit in the block from 109/108 to 120/108. Bellibolt is the fourth of those twelve.
What "Art Rare" means
Art Rare is a Japanese-only rarity introduced in VSTAR Universe in late 2022 and standard across the Scarlet & Violet era. ARs take ordinary Commons and Uncommons and reprint them as full-art, textured cards showing the Pokémon in its natural habitat with real personality, rather than mid-battle. The English-language counterpart is the Illustration Rare, marked with a single gold star. Ruler of the Black Flame's English cousin is Scarlet & Violet—Obsidian Flames, though the two sets are not a one-to-one match.
What CGC Gem Mint 10 means
CGC grades on a 1 to 10 scale and splits the very top into two tiers. Pristine 10 is reserved for cards that are effectively flawless with 50/50 centering. Gem Mint 10 is a full ten that misses Pristine on a single criterion — front centering up to roughly 55/45. In practice, a CGC Gem Mint 10 is the functional equivalent of a PSA 10, with an additional tier sitting above it that PSA has no answer for.
