Army Painter Speedpaint 2.0 Hive Dweller Purple 18ml (WP2018)

Hive Dweller Purple is a dark brooding purple — reach for it on dark purple carapace and alien chitin, and for shadowed cloth on undead and demons.

Speedpaint 2.0 works in one coat over a light primer: the paint pools in the recesses for shade, holds its colour across the midtones and thins off the raised edges for a highlight. The 2.0 formula reactivates far less than the original when you paint over it, so later coats stay put.

Supplied in an 18ml dropper bottle with two stainless steel mixing balls already inside, so a few shakes brings it back to an even consistency. Thin it with Speedpaint Medium for glazes and softer contrast.
