Description
Black Legion is a deep black Contrast paint that bases, shades and highlights black armour in a single application.
Over a light undercoat it settles into recesses while leaving raised plates a softer charcoal, giving black armour definition that a flat basecoat cannot. It is the fast route to Black Legion, Black Templars and Raven Guard forces. Water-based formula, supplied in an 18ml pot.
Works well with
- Wraithbone or Grey Seer primer, which Contrast paints need underneath
- Eshin Grey and Dawnstone, for edge highlights afterwards
- Contrast Medium, to lighten the tone or build it up gradually
