It arrives empty — you choose and buy the pages that go in it. That's the point of the format, but it's also the single most common reason binders get returned, so we'd rather say it up front than take your money and disappoint you.

Specifications

3-ring album with 2-inch D-rings

Full-art embedded cover: Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y

Made in California, U.S.A.

Pages sold separately — capacity depends on which pages you fit

Album or portfolio — which do you actually want?

An album uses rings, so you can add, remove and reorder whole pages. That's what you want if your collection is growing, if you're building a set in numerical order and inserting cards as you pull them, or if your trade stock turns over. The trade-off is that rings can crease cards if the binder is overstuffed or stored flat, and you're buying pages on top of the binder.

A portfolio has its pages bound in permanently — fixed capacity, nothing to buy, no ring to damage anything. Better for a finished set, a favourites binder, or anything that travels. If that sounds closer to what you need, the Mega Charizard 9-Pocket Portfolio uses the same cover art and comes ready to fill.

The D-ring shape matters here too: the flat back edge lets pages sit closer to the spine than round rings manage, which is why Ultra Pro uses D-rings at 2 inches.

Buy from a real game store

War Games USA is a brick-and-mortar hobby shop in South Daytona, Florida, and every online order ships from our shelves.
